This is the perfect option if you are looking for design help in any space of your home.

This custom design plan includes

- 2D space layout showing purposed key furniture and decor pieces.

,- Design Concept Presentation - a PDF presentation which includes the 2D space plan, design board, color schemes and a clickable shopping list.

** furniture ideas will be given but not directly sourced, if you would like help sourcing certain furniture pieces or all pieces please let me know and I can help with that as well**

After purchased you will receive a welcome email within 48 hours.

Within this email will be a client questionnaire to share your project goals, room challenges, style preferences, inspiration photos, and any specific desires or requirements.

We will also need you to email us pictures and measurements of your space.

About two weeks from the date of your received email design options will be sent over to you to review.

Want to make changes? No worries, we are here to work along side of you to get you the your desired results. All we ask is that changes are requested within one week of getting your design presentation.

This option starts at $150 / room.

There is a discount for multiple rooms. If you look within the store you will see the pricing for additional rooms.

If you have open concept areas such as kitchen and living room, they would still be considered two separate rooms as they serve two separate functions.

Pre-made design boards with clickable shopping lists - $35

These are pre-made room mockups, they do not come with additional design help but come with a clickable shopping list for you shop items within the picture.

This is a great option to truly see how your renovated space will look before renovation even starts. Removing/adding walls/cabinets, custom built ins, a brand new space etc this is the option for you.

Our advanced package includes everything in the custom basic package

-2D space planning laying out the major furniture and decor pieces.

-Design board showing proposed design options

-30-45 minutes design meeting

-3D model of your space

-Design presentation with all finagled pieces from above and clickable PDF shopping list.

Starts from $350/room

Just as with our basic service the price is per room. So in an open floor plan of a kitchen/living room the kitchen and living room will be treated as separate rooms.

After purchased you will receive a welcome email within 48 hours.

Within this email will be a client questionnaire to share your project goals, room challenges, style preferences, inspiration photos, and any specific desires or requirements.

We will also need you to email us pictures and measurements of your space.

You will receive a link to schedule a design meeting to go over the purposed design based off your pictures and questionnaire.

From here we work hard to finalize your design.

Once finalized you will receive your final design presentation.

Basements are so unique I believed they deserved their own category. Let’s be honest basement renovations can be intimidating but they offer so much potential and I would love to help you tap into that potential.

-I will help you plan the layout using 2D space planning, laying out rooms and any key features and furniture you are looking to incorporate.

-Design options for desired rooms within the basement utilizing mood boards, inventory lists.

-1-2 virtual design meetings throughout the designing to help ensure all your dreams are being met!

Need a little more? You have the option to upgrade to the advanced basement package which offers 3D rendering and a closer look into rooms and special features of your space.

Basic Basement

• Welcome email explaining the whole design process along with client questioner to help me better understand your needs

• Space planning in 2D format

• Mood Boards for each room with in the space that you would like design guidance on.

• Material list (paint colors, fixtures etc)

• Emailed PDF presentation with all above information

Advanced Basement

-I will help you plan the layout using 2D space planning, laying out rooms and any key features and furniture you are looking to incorporate.

-Design options for desired rooms within the basement utilizing mood boards, inventory lists.

-1-2 virtual design meetings throughout the designing to help ensure all your dreams are being me

-3D renderings of your basement and key features of your basement project

Starts from $500

Unlike the other packages it is not per room but the basement as a whole. The main difference in basement pricing is if you want to upgrade to the advanced package with the 3D renderings.

We will also need you to email us pictures and measurements of your space.
